What is the current state of RuAF?

Whats the condition of the RuAF?
How many active fighters, bombers and other aircrafts its operating?
Whats the condition of their training?
And whats the latest development in the RuAF?

Lets just say pathetic, most active fighters are way too old, even today aircrafts like the MiG-31 form the sizable bulk of active aircrafts, most MiG-29's are grounded (More than 70%), Su-25 is the primary strike fighters(Not so great), advance fighters like Su-30, Su-34 and Su-35 are present in very small numbers and there are no plans of acquiring more of these jets. Some 400 Su-27 are inservice and are the only potent force of the RuAF. They are playing the wait game to replace most fighter by the PAK-FA which is sensible thing to do but the Russians to retire the olders birds like the MiG-31 and use the funds for the to speed upgradtion of MiG-29s and Su-27.

RuAF was the best at the time of cold war with great birds like d Foxbat...
For now, their condition is really pathetic

Around 200 MiG-29s are grounded, entire bomber fleet is obsolete and there is no point in having recce fighters these days.

The reco aircraft also include A-50 man!
